The cultural centre and Cultural Artifact collections at the centre

People of all nationalities must cherish their heritage. We might be an urban school community but we must never forget where we come from as a people. We have a number of people who, not out of their making, were born in an urban setup, without even a slight rural background. It was from this background that we saw it fit to start a cultural centre, where we will make a collection of cultural artefacts for the benefit of our children to make easy reference in the learning of Shona. There is a saying that goes “Even if you do not know where you are going at least know where you are coming from. We are who we are because of who we were.”
